To obtain a driver card, the following documents must be submitted:

1) application

2) a copy of a passport or other identity document;

3) copy of driver's license;

4) a statement indicating the circumstances of the loss or damage of the card

5) photo

6) payment confirm

7) commitment to stay on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic for 185 days (for foreigners)

3) a notarized copy of the certificate of state registration (re-registration) of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur;

4) a copy of the identity document of the manager or authorized person;

5)  payment confirm

To issue a workshop card, documents are submitted.:

1) application

2) the original and a copy of the identity document of the service center employee for whom the card is issued;

3) a notarized copy of a certificate or certificate of state registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur;

4) a statement indicating the circumstances of the loss or damage of the card

5) a copy of the work record book of the service center employee or a copy of another document confirming the employment relationship between the employee and the service center for which a service center card is obtained, certified by the signature and seal of the applicant;

6) a notarized copy of a temporary residence permit in the Kyrgyz Republic or a residence permit in the Kyrgyz Republic - for foreign citizens and stateless persons;

7) a notarized copy of a document (certificate) issued to a service center employee by the manufacturer of an electronic (digital) tachograph or an organization authorized by it, confirming that the service center employee has completed training in the installation, repair and maintenance of tachographs
